         Entry Form Due Date:  April 15, 2010 

         Art Due Date & Time April 25, 2010, Sunday 9 to 10:30 am

         Location:  U of W Baraboo/Sauk County- gym in the Lange Center

         Entries Displayed:  April 25, 2010 Earth Day Celebration: 11 am to 3 pm

         Judging:  April 25, 2010, 12 noon to 2 pm,  prizes presented at 2:30 pm

         Pick-up Time:  April 25, 2010 between 3 and 4 pm

         Who:  Anyone over 18 years old with a creative spirit

 

         Entry Fee:  First entry: $40.00 for SCAA members, $50.00 for non-members;
Second and third entries: $20.00 for members and non-members. Maximum 3 entries.

         Materials:    Any non-hazardous recycled material you would like to use to make a piece of




 serious, funny, or fanciful, 2 or 3 dimensional art. Artwork to be 75% recycled or




 reused materials.

 

         Size:    2-dimensional: No larger than 40”x 40” and weighing no more than 40 pounds.
(Because this is being displayed in the gym, please provide a way to hang or support
your artwork for this day only).

3-dimensional: Height and width can vary as long as the total weight does not exceed 75 pounds. (Because this is being displayed in the gym, please provide a way to hang or support your artwork for this day only).

                     Selected artwork will become a traveling exhibit starting at the A.R.T. Gallery in the
Al. Ringling Theatre complex and other places as yet to be determined.  This art shall
be in one piece, no assembly required.                  

                  Art may be for sale. No commission will be charged if sold at Earth Day. Art sales a the A.R.T. Gallery will have a 35% commission. Commissions at other locations will be per their requirements.
