Education:               Madison Area Technical College
                                 Courses at University of Wisconsin - Madison

Occupation:            Co-owner of Merrimac Communications (internet and cable TV)
                                 Founder and co-owner of 5 "Shopper Stoppers" with 100,000       
                                 coverage and three newspapers covering the Baraboo, Reedsburg,
                                 and Sauk-Prairie areas.
